Yes. It's called math. If you have a total population of people seeking


employment of 100 million and the unemployment rate is 4.7%, that's 4.7 million unemployed people. If you then have a 3.6% unemployment rate, that's 3.6 million unemployed people. 3.6 million is how much less than 4.7 million. I'll give you a hint. It's 23%.

Now yes, it's possible the denominator changes in the calculation, but I don't think there's been a material change people actively seeking work over the last 2 1/2 years.
